Tiffany Senerius scores her 1,000th career point against West Bloomfield

Our Lady of the Lakes Varsity Basketball pulled out a win over West Bloomfield with a final score of 53-44, but this game meant more for senior Tiffany Senerius. During the win, Senerius reached the 1,000 point milestone in her high school basketball career.

Coach Steve Robak said of Senerius, “[she’s] been a great player for us since her freshman year and has always been a consistent scorer.  Not many high school players will ever score 1,000 points so to see her reach that milestone is a great accomplishment.  The entire team and coaching staff are excited for Tiff on her achievement and we are all very proud of what she has done for the Laker basketball program.  And  I know there are many more points still to be scored her senior year and we’re happy about that as well.”

Senerius looks to keep racking up the points as the Lakers take on St. Catherine tonight at 7 p.m. at home. The JV team starts play at 5:30 p.m.
