What is your favorite thing about Lakes?
I love spending my time along side people who are passionate and positive about our school. Like many of our Catholic Schools, there are strong bonds of friendship and a feeling of tradition. But what is truly great about OLL is that everyday many of our people put the success of our children, our Mission, and the growth of our school above themselves. It is a true honor to work alongside these Lakers! Selfishly, I also enjoy that I come to work with my daughter everyday, knowing she is in great hands in our wonderful Pre-K. The pure joy she expresses in being a student at this school makes every day worth it.
What advice to you give to Laker students?
Always know why you play. Always know why you work. Always strive to know your purpose in each and every action, and you will find joy in your accomplishments, and learn great lessons from your defeats.
What quote/motto that you live by?
The key to happiness is finding joy in the accomplishments of others.
Ten years ago, who did you think you would be now?
13 years of Catholic schools, from a family of Catholic school teachers and coaches, married into a family of Catholic school teachers and coaches. Pretty good chance I was always going to end up right where I am.
